Strength & Conditioning Summer Program

Our strength & conditioning program places an emphasis on developing the athletic qualities that align with the athlete’s goals. Our focused S&C program uses an integrated approach to training in order to maximize each individual’s potential. Mastering the fundamental skills related to athletic development, as outlined in the Long Term Athlete Development Model (LTAD), is a core component of the program. All athletes will be supervised by certified S&C coaches during the 1 hour and 45-minute session, to ensure that each movement is executed with the highest integrity.

The program focuses around developing athletic qualities such as:

  • Speed, Quickness, Agility and Coordination - running mechanics, acceleration, deceleration, linear and multi-directional movements
  • Strength and Power - developing upper and lower body strength, intergrated core strengthening, jumping and plyometrics, medicine ball training
  • Recovery and Regeneration - self-myofascial release therapy, flexibility and mobility
  • Conditioning - preparing the athlete for the demands of their individual sport
