Aquafit (Adult)

Introduction to basic aquafitness moves, posture and balance. To improve core muscle stability, muscle endurance and strength, aerobic endurance and flexibility through participation in shallow and deep water Aquafit class. Aquafit provides an alternative fitness workout with progressing exercises in the water including jogging, cross-country ski, vertical flutter kick, various arm movements and patterns. Use the water to your advantage for personal intensity levels. Participants should be comfortable in deep water for Aquafit classes. For shallow water classes, please check Aquafit (Shallow)
