April – Exercise and Cancer

Let’s discuss the current information on a few important questions:  Can exercise help prevent cancer?  What can you do if you’re undergoing treatment for cancer? What types of exercise should be avoided if you have cancer?  What exercises are best after treatment is completed?  Come and learn how exercise can help with this awful disease.
