Group Fitness Class
Total Body
Total Body is a resistance training class that targets all major muscle groups. Legs, arms, core.. it's all getting worked in this class! Equipment will include mats, dumbbells and bands, all of which will be provided. This class has modifications to suit all fitness abilities, just come ready to sweat!
