Water Running

Water Running is a great cross training, low impact exercise that mimics the motion of running or walking while being submerged in water. It can be done in Deep water (2.5m) as well as Mid Depth (1.23m). 

Participants are encouraged to continually move while walking or running in the water, they may wish to bring their own Aquatic dumbbells or gloves for extra resistance. Participants can also choose to practice aqua fitness movements while walking or running to increase intensity.

*During this time lap swimming will not be permitted*
