Hristos T


I am a graduate of the fitness and health program at George Brown College and also have a Kinesiology degree from Ontario Tech University. I am also a registered kinesiologist, I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization certificate in training older adults. I've been in the fitness industry for 9 years, fitness has always been a part of my life. Since I was young, until now I have been playing soccer. During my high school years is when I started getting into structured exercise. It is now a part of my lifestyle, bettering myself and others through exercise. I have a wide variety of experience, working with children and youth, general population, older adults, special populations, varsity athletes and more. I enjoy doing strength and conditioning style workouts and like to add in some components of that with my clients to help add some variety to sessions. Proper form and good technique are very important to me as it is the backbone of a workout. These components need to be nailed down before trying anything new to make sure the right muscles are being targeted and the risk of injury is reduced. Overall, I believe I can help all people reach their goals through different training styles and giving them the knowledge to better their lives.
