After I had my second child, I turned to Pilates thinking maybe it could help me tone my tummy and help me get back into shape. But it did more than help – it gave me an entirely new body. My body looked more toned and fit than it did before I had my kids. It was then that I realized if Pilates could do this for me, imagine what it could do for everyone else. So I thought I'd get certified and see if I could teach a few classes. Well, a few classes turned into a few more, until eventually I was instructing so many classes that I was able to quit my full-time job as a merchandise analyst and became a full time Pilates instructor. Teaching Pilates opened the door for me to discover my second passion which is Yoga. I absolutely love them both. The two complement one another.

I consider myself very blessed that I have a career that is so incredibly fulfilling. Not only do I absolutely Iove what I do, but teaching has led me to meet the nicest and kindest people I could imagine. I teach my clients Yoga and Pilates but their loyalty and kindness have taught me so much more.
