Better Bones (Osteofit)

Also called Osteo Fit in City of Toronto Fun Guide.

Build Better Bones is a muscular conditioning class taught by a Bone Fit trained Instructor, recognized by Osteoporosis Canada. Stand taller and look lighter with core activation, improved posture and balance. Learn important techniques to improve lifting and carrying for activities of daily living. Exercises are safe for those who have osteoporosis or osteopenia.
