Lane Swim (Female Only)

Offered in the Training Pool, alternating both long course (50m) and short course (25m) options with varying depths (1.89 - 2.5m) and lane speeds (Slow, Medium, Fast). These times are for Women only and shades are lowered on all windows for privacy. Also, all lifeguards on duty will be female. 

 

Women’s Programs are open only to self-identified women and gender non-conforming people, including the staff members working in the facility. For more information on Women's Programs, please click here.

Please ensure you attend your reservations.
Capacities are 8 people per lane.
Lane swim is now a hybrid system (50% of spots are reserved, 50% of spots are walk-in). If this session is full, you may be able to walk-in.
