Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. The goal of Zumba® is instilling a desire to work out and to have users love working out. Zumba® enthusiasts achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in an exciting class of calorie-burning, body-energizing movements designed to engage. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone while burning fat. Add Latin flare into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class. Using a height adjustable step, Zumba® Step combines fun Zumba® dance routines and dynamic step combinations to challenge your endurance and coordination in a high energy cardio class.
