With over 10 years of experience in strength and conditioning, MacKenzie’s coaching philosophy focuses on teaching and educating fundamental human movements, such as squatting, hinging, pushing and pulling. These patterns create the foundation of all of his programs, which are then scaled and adapted for each individual in order to create an individualized and challenging experience. Whomever Scott works with, the primary objective remains the same: reduce the risk of injury and improve performance in all aspects of sport and in life!
