What Equipment Should I Get for Home Training

Ever wondered what equipment you should get for our virtual classes? While you can do almost all of them without any equipment at all, we recommend a few pieces of equipment to help you get the most. We asked each of our trainers what equipment would help with their classes.

We asked each trainer with this in mind:

  • We wanted to make it easy for you to get the items, so all items are available on Amazon for delivery
  • We wanted to make sure it was an affordable option, so we stayed away from more expensive name brands.
  • We wanted to provide you with something that could be versatile, and be used for multiple classes
